Let me say I have lived in New Jersey almost all my life and never heard of the area before. I was a guest for a wedding recently and I must say this is one of the most beautiful hidden treasures I've seen in a long time.
I just attended a wedding at Eagle Manor and it was the most spectacular venue for a wedding that I have ever experienced. I didn't know that places like this still existed. The moment I entered the long drive up to the mansion I felt like I was transported to a bygone era.
Chuck, owner of Eagle Manor, is a pleasure to work with. He is always very professional, eager to help in any way, and communicative. He works on the property, not just manages it--often doing lots of maintenance himself which shows how much he cares about Eagle Manor.
We are so glad we chose this venue for our wedding, we ended up with a warm, beautiful spring day. Ceremony by the water, cocktail hour on the river deck and the barn once everything is put together is a dream. the grounds are just picture perfect and so versatile.
