From the reviews
Truly amazing and impressive historic mansion. It was vacant throughout my entire childhood, so driving by with the parents on the way to family reunions, I'd stare from the backseat in awe and let my imagination run wild. Excellent backdrop to a wedding or event.
Thanks to the family who opened up this beautiful home for us to enjoy tonight for their haunted tour. This house was amazing from the barn to the original wood work thru the house. You guys are doing a good job with Duncan Manor. Tour was very interesting as well, staff did a great job as well with the tour.
I cant wait to see the renovations during thr spring open house. We went on a whim and we were blown away by the history, the care in which renovations are being done, and the xhristmas decor. We made some new friends and the vendors were local artisans.
The owners are so nice!! Great people and the events are so cool! Lots of vendors, super cool house, HUGE, lots of history, and their restoration process is nothing short of amazing! Beautiful house and property and I highly recommend checking it out!
Getting married at Duncan Manor
Duncan Manor comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Duncan Manor
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Duncan Manor — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
