From the reviews
This venue is INCREDIBLE - I am obviously bias as a recent bride married at Dulany's but to me this is THE most beautiful venue in the area. My favorite parts: 1) The house to get ready in with bridal and groomsman areas that are perfect for hanging out and taking pictures 2) The cocktail hour space at the bottom of…
Absolutely gorgeous facility for a wedding! The grounds and surrounding views are really nice. The staff were very friendly, the reception area was unique. The upstairs dining and dance area was extremely warm and inviting.
Dulany’s Overlook is a fantastic venue for weddings and events. We had a baby shower for my daughter and son-in-law in April and it was absolutely wonderful! The weather was beautiful and we kept the barn doors open, which brought in plenty of natural light.
We had our wedding at Dulanys Overlook in November and everything was perfect from beginning to end. Mark was amazing. He was so kind to me and my family and answered the thousands of questions I had throughout the planning process. Haley and Trish ( the venue coordinators) were phenomenal.
Getting married at Dulany's Overlook
Dulany's Overlook comes up for weddings, going by their listing and couples’ reviews. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
