From the reviews
We held our wedding weekend at DDX and had couldn’t have been happier with everything! What an absolutely amazing place to host an event! Jenine and Matt and their family were friendly and welcoming.
I'm going to share with you my experience of my stays at your ranch in the 1950s. My grandfather and my mother were amateur artists and my grandfather especially loved to paint landscapes. We stayed at your ranch when I was 14 and my brother was nine.
My husband and I just hosted our wedding at DDX and CANNOT say enough incredible things. Matt & Jenine were incredibly kind, accommodating, thoughtful, and helpful throughout the entire 1.5 years leading up to the wedding and the wedding itself.
DDX was an amazing place to stay. Our family from MN and WA met in the middle for a long weekend getaway in the mountains. It did not disappoint. We highly recommend staying here. It is a wedding venue and very beautiful for that- but even for our family vacation, it was perfect.
Getting married at Double Diamond X Ranch
Double Diamond X Ranch comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
