From the reviews
We held my daughter‘s wedding at double Creek Crossing on December 28 and it was absolutely amazing! Leah, the owner is so friendly and responsive. She truly has met her calling! So many of our guests complimented how beautiful the venue was. We had plenty of room for all of our guests and Leah made set up so easy.
Went to my nephew‘s wedding. It was a very nice venue however, the wedding planner had several minor meltdowns with an earshot of guests, including me. You would think someone who does this for a living would have more decorum and what they say when they are in the guest space.
We absolutely LOVED having our wedding reception at Double Creek Crossing! It was everything we could have dreamed for -- great location in close proximity to College Station, a beautiful and unique combination of an outdoor/indoor venue, and an incredible experience with Leah the Venue Owner.
Double Creek Crossing was the first venue we visited while checking the options around College Station/Bryan. I wanted to be outdoors, but to have a plan B in case of Texas weather acting up... After checking all options around, I had no doubt DCC was the venue I was looking for.
Getting married at Double Creek Crossing
Double Creek Crossing comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Double Creek Crossing
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Double Creek Crossing — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
