I recently attended an event in the barn. The barn is absolutely gorgeous, my biggest observation was the fact that it was 90° outside but it wasn't hot in there. The doors were open, But it wasn't hot there.
Went to a wedding there. The barn was big and bright and did not seem to have had animals there. It was surprisingly warmed with a large fire place. Nice venue!
Was there for my Grandson's wedding. The venue and ceremony were all better than expected. It was a wonderful time.
Absolutely can not recommend this venue enough. Sally, Hannah and Alicia are so kind, friendly and attentive. They helped with SO much. The communication for the year leading up to my wedding was fantastic, they always replied quickly and were very communicative!!
Getting married at Cross W Ranch

First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
