From the reviews
This place is amazing! Stunning venue on beautifully manicured grounds. Absolutely loved the charm of the outdoor grain bin turned into a bar and grooms suite on the top level. Bridal suite was a very nice size as well as a separate area for the wedding party to just hang out and be together.
We had our wedding here in September 2025, and we couldn’t be happier with our venue! The whole crew was easy to work with and answered all our questions leading up to the day. It worked perfectly to have our family camp on-site.
I love Crooked Tree! Jody and the crew are amazing, super kind and caring, looking out for the best interests of the people they serve. The venue itself is a dream.. I love the lakeside ceremony site... I'm just a sucker for the calling loons and wildlife...
Crooked Tree Acres is a breath taking venue. We toured several venues along with this one but this one was by far our favorite. Some of the things that stood out to us was the nice back patio area for socializing, the bridal suite is incredible, countless opportunities for photo locations, the nice view over the lake…
Getting married at Crooked Tree Acres
Crooked Tree Acres comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Crooked Tree Acres
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Crooked Tree Acres — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
