Great venue. Private property, but family opened up for use as an event center. Event this weekend was a Rodeo complete with saddle bronc, bare back bronc riders, Rodeo queens. and of course bull riders. (Unfortunately the Cowboys 🤠 last night were no match for the bulls.
The Crooked 8 is an amazing, family friendly event venue that can cater to many needs! Rodeo grounds, concerts, weddings, parties, you name it. They're open for happy hour Wed/Thur 4-8, offer line dancing the 1st Wed of every month, and more! Plus, they have pygmy goats!

I've been to several different events at the Crooked 8, and never, not 1 time, was i disappointed. Cody is amazing, always easy to work with and making sure everything is perfect. The place is gorgeous with a beautiful stage amd dance floor.

First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
