From the reviews
Amazing venue in a real old school barn. Owners were very welcoming and extremely helpful for our wedding this past weekend. This is exactly what we wanted in a venue.
Terrific wedding venue. Awesome barn with very nice amenities inside, and awesome old school farm house that the wedding party stayed in. Has that middle of nowhere feeling, but only 10 minutes from anything you'd need, and about half an hour from Ocean City.. Great view of the sunset from the barn.
This quaint, charming, and working crop farm will seem like it's in the middle of nowhere while driving slow on curvy backroads, as can be seen from Google Maps aerial view in both directions, but upon arrival it'll feel as if you've just been zapped into a Thomas Kincaid painting, set in the 1800's of country style…
We got married at the farm this past Saturday and our entire experience was amazing! Jill was amazing from the very beginning and responded to all of my questions quickly. Our day was more than we could have ever imagined it to be and we are so thankful we found this gem of a venue.
Getting married at Coulbourn Farm
Coulbourn Farm comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
