I didn't have a chance to go to the fair this year, however; it's fun to get food, walk through the buildings, and check out what items they have that are new to buy. The animals that they had there this year were the Sea Lions.
Best fair in the region! Easy to navigate, complimentary golf cart pick up to/from your car to inside main gate. Well-organized, multiple vendor buildings, good food including Kiwanis building, indoor AC. Top-shelf evening concerts optional. Go!
Great place to have a wedding reception!!! The food was terrific and everyone working there was so professional.
Good family fun to see animals to carnival rides to vendors and all the good fair food

First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge.
