“We didn’t have a large wedding (175 people) and had the wedding service in the pavilion right off of the barn.”

From the reviews
Circle P held their first bridal show over the weekend and it was incredible! I attended not as a bride, but as a vendor for Relax & Revive Salon and Spa. We walked into a gorgeously chic venue with such a high energy!
Fun event facility located in the country away from the worries of the world. Facility features a pond which makes a perfect wedding ceremony backdrop. Location is easy to find despite being off the beaten path. We had a wonderful time!
My daughter was married and had their reception at Circle P Reception Hall in May and I’m just now getting around to share our experience. Abby was a pleasure to work with from the start to the finish! She promptly answered any questions I or my daughter had throughout the process.
My family and I attended the eclipse party at the Circle P and it was a great time for all! They had food trucks, bouncy houses for the kids, vendors with eclipse souvenirs and much more. It was a very organized event from the owners. The property itself is a beautiful area with a pond and plenty of space.
Getting married at Circle P Reception Hall
Circle P Reception Hall comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Circle P Reception Hall
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Circle P Reception Hall — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
