To be fully honest, when we were driving to Circle Oak Ranch for our initial venue tour, we thought it would be a bust due to the windy roads and lack of street lights. However the minute we got to the parking lot and stepped into the venue, we were speechless at the vast beauty of the estate.
Jennifer, Kendra, Chelsea, and the whole Circle Oak Team are an absolute pleasure to work with. If you are considering having your wedding here, just go ahead and book now! I feel so incredibly lucky to have had our wedding here.
Recently attended a beautiful wedding here. Download offline maps before you head over because I had no service with T-Mobile. The drive was a bit rough (for some reason the GPS took me on a narrow dirt road winding up through the mountains) and made me a bit nervous. The venue was gorgeous.
If you’re still looking for a wedding venue, LOOK NO FURTHER! Words can’t explain how happy I am that we found Circle Oak Ranch during the hours/days spent scouting venues. From the second we stepped foot onto the grounds during our first tour, we were obsessed.

First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge.
