From the reviews
The good: The place is beautiful. It is easy to find. The grounds are well kept. The main building is really nice. The not so good: The wedding we attended was of an average size. We arrived 30 minutes before the ceremony and there was no place to park.
We used Cedar Ridge for a friend's baby shower. It is a stunning venue!!! Great open space with a beautiful hearth which made for awesome photos. The venue had all the table and chairs already so we didn't have to worry about renting those out.
Breathtaking ... when you arrive at the turn in there is a beautiful whimsical iron gate that takes you on a journey to excellence, elegance and chic southern culture at its best! The cedar Lodge style venue is truly something to see inside and out.
Cedar Ridge is an absolutely beautiful venue with really nice hardscaping and landscaping. There are many places to hold your ceremony and their catering kitchen is very well laid out. They have large spaces available for getting ready in. Leah is a dream to work with!
Getting married at Cedar Ridge Venue
Cedar Ridge Venue comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Cedar Ridge Venue
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Cedar Ridge Venue — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
