From the reviews
We recently held a group event here with about 30 people, and honestly? It was one of the highlights of our trip. The staff at Cave Hollow West were not only welcoming — they were flat-out awesome. Super friendly, helpful, and genuinely made us feel at home from the second we walked in.
Super welcoming environment. Bartender was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They do flights here instead of tastings which is cool. My boyfriend built his own flight and the bartender had some suggestions on how to choose the best wines to fit his palate.
Such a beautiful venue for wedding receptions, anniversary parties, family reunions, etc! Their outdoor patio is quaint with bistro lighting and seating. There was live music when we visited, making the overall atmosphere so inviting and enjoyable! We ordered 2 tasting flights to sample their local collection of wine.
Beautiful setting right next to the Mark Twain Cave. On our visit they had a party going on, so it looks like a great place to host an event. There was still plenty of additional room and seating. The wine flight I tried was fantastic.
Getting married at Cave Hollow West Winery
Cave Hollow West Winery comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Cave Hollow West Winery
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Cave Hollow West Winery — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
