We booked Castaway while living abroad and Emily did a fantastic job painting a picture for us over FaceTime. Our experience was everything you would want from a venue; organized, attention to detail, and great communication. We had our rehearsal dinner at Blockhouse and would highly recommend doing the same.

Castaway Portland was everything we were looking for in a reception venue and more. After a friend in the events industry recommended checking out venues by Cast + Co, we toured Blockhouse first, but with our guest count, we needed something a bit bigger. The moment we saw Castaway, we fell in love.
We just had our wedding at Castaway on June 1st, 2025. Castaway was great! The staff was communicative and friendly, the space was amazing, and there were lots of options for you to make the space your own. We rented both the courtyard and the main space.
