Corey and I had our wedding here on 10.7.23. Kinsell, Robin and their team were amazing. They were there and available the whole time for rides to and from the house/ parking area to the venue but they remained out of sight when they were not needed.
I absolutely LOVED having Carriage Trail Farm as the venue for my wedding this past December! Gorgeous barn, fields, house, and decorations! Robin was very professional going about the set-up, decorations list (Venue has a collection of decorations), vendor guidelines, and punctual timing of everyone's arrivals.
We had a beautiful experience from the beginning to the end. All the staff was very helpful and this is one of the most affordable venues I've seen in a while! Every penny you spend on this place is worth your while and it was absolutely beautiful.
Beautiful farm venue with extensive decor options. When you choose to get married at Carriage Trail Farm, you have access to their beautiful farm house, ceremony sites and pavilion, but also the collection of items that couples have left at the venue to pass forward.

Carriage Trail Farm comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
