My great-great-grandparents once owned this property, and my grandma grew up here. A few years ago she hosted a family reunion at this house. During that stay, I had a memorable sleepover with her in the room where she was born.
My stay in this creek-side home was a delightful walk through time, complete with historical decor, set amidst comfort and calmness. The home offered exquisite amenities, a delicious breakfast and a back drop for great conversation with other guests.
We were blessed to have found this gem! We had a beautiful fall wedding here. The leaves were falling in the wind during our ceremony. The owner is the sweetest and sooo helpful. Fairly priced, beautiful area, and had great historical pieces!
What a gem! The lovely home and well manicured grounds provided a delightful evening rather than just a place to put our heads on the road. The beds are very comfortable, the house decorated with care to preserve the history as well as add a modern touch (loved the shower!), and your needs addressed at every turn.
