From the reviews
I can’t rave enough about the Brown Family Homestead and the ladies behind the scene. Kaija and Karen made our wedding such an enjoyable experience, even in the middle of a pandemic. They are AMAZING, to say the least. They were able to assist in making all our wedding dreams a reality.
Got married here in 2021 to my wife! Owners & staff were very LGBTQ+ friendly & we never felt awk (though, some of their forms could use some updating to be more gender accommodating). They're used to working with a ton of vendors in the WA area and know what it takes planning wise on their end to make a great wedding.
My husband and I recently held our wedding at Brown Family Homestead, and we cannot recommend it enough! The venue was absolutely everything we were hoping for. The entire property is stunning and well-kept, many of the guests even commented it was the most beautiful venue they'd ever attended a wedding at!
From our initial conversation and booking to the day of our wedding Brown Family Homestead was amazing! Amanda was so timely in all her responses and so incredibly helpful and kind.
Getting married at Brown Family Homestead
Brown Family Homestead comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
