From the reviews
Chris (chief) made our day. we missed the restaurant closure announcement (closed due to weather condition). Chris said he felt bad us traveling all the way from the city for nothing and wanted to cooked for us. He turned the lights on and played music just for us in the empty hall.
Blooming Hill Farm is hands down our favorite restaurant and honestly, probably the best dining experience in the area. If you’re looking for a place that combines fresh, farm to table food with a beautiful atmosphere and a unique experience, this is it.
Blooming Hill Farm is an absolute gem in Monroe, NY. The food is incredibly fresh — you can really taste the farm-to-table difference in every bite. There are so many delicious vegetarian options, each one thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor.
My husband and I are a traveling photographer and videographer team who were flown in to take care of an amazing couple at this venue. We have worked at many venues all over and this one is truly one of the best. Rowan was a great coordinator and so easy to work with. All of the staff was very easy to work with.
Getting married at Blooming Hill Farm
Blooming Hill Farm comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
