As a wedding photographer who's had the privilege of capturing moments at Blithewold Mansion, I can wholeheartedly say that this venue offers a magical backdrop for any wedding. The mansion itself exudes historical charm and natural elegance, making every photograph a piece of art.
Lovely place for a wedding and what an amazing view. The grounds are well kept and the staff are friendly and helpful. We were invited to a wedding and the ceremony was outside facing the ocean. Elegant and beautiful. The gardens were full of flowers, shrubs, and many different tree specimens.
My husband and I went after reading about it on Only In Your State. It's beautiful!!! I love history and gardens. This place covered both! The mansion is gorgeous and full of history. It was very interesting. You walk through on your own and read descriptions or you can download the app for more indepth detail.
Such a lovely spot in Bristol! It was super warm and wet out but I really enjoyed my time outside. I got there a little later than my ticket, but still early enough that I had to wait to tour the mansion. Which, by the way, is a quick exploration that took me about 20 minutes with no audio tour/guide.
