Blackstone Rivers Ranch is simply an amazing venue, especially if you are planning a Fall wedding. The property has all of the natural beauty one could want at a mountain venue.
We fell in love with Blackstone before we even toured having seen it on Instagram. Seeing it in person blew us away. It is the perfect location to have that magical outdoor Colorado ceremony.
My husband and I got married here in August of 2025. We could not recommend this venue more. We were looking for a venue that felt intimate, surrounded by nature, and felt like us.

First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge.
