Where do we even begin?! Having our wedding at Beech Ridge Barn was one of the best decisions we could have ever made. The layout of the barn is breathtaking, and as a couple you have the ability to add almost any flair you feel.
We had our wedding at Beech Ridge in October of 2022. The venue is beautiful and the farmhouses that you can rent with the venue are cozy and cute ….with great decor!! The only bad things I can say is there were multiple “rules” that came up very close to the wedding (the day before).
As a wedding photographer + past bride, I can honestly say its so rare to see a venue owner FULL of passion for what they do. Bridget literally has put blood, sweat and tears into her venue. To see the transformation in just the last few years has been AMAZING! It is my favorite venue in Maine.
We photographed a wedding at Beech Ridge Barn on one of the rainiest days of the whole year. It rained all day long from when we arrived to after we left. I mention this because I was so impressed with the attitude and the enthusiasm of the staff and vendors on-site that day.

Beech Ridge Barn comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
