From the reviews
Look no further. This is YOUR venue. This is exactly what we did. Living in California and marrying a California native, you would have thought there were many gorgeous places to get married on the West Coast (there are) but as soon as we laid eyes on AR we knew it was the one.
My daughter had her wedding at Aspen Ranch this past July. It is truly one of the most gorgeous wedding venues in the tristate area. The ability to have the wedding in one building and the reception in another was exactly what we were looking for.
The absolute BEST place with the BEST team! We can't imagine having our special day anywhere else. From day one, the AR team was always so helpful and so caring. Tiffany, Don, Karlee and Bailey go above and beyond to make everything smooth and perfect for your special day.
From the moment we set our date the Aspen Ranch team made sure that everything was a dream! We could not have asked for any better venue for our big day. Tiffany, Karlee, and Bailey worked tirelessly to ensure we had the most perfect wedding. They ran with all of our ideas(even when they looked at me with wild eyes).
Getting married at Aspen Ranch
Aspen Ranch comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Aspen Ranch
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Aspen Ranch — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
