From the reviews
This is a beautiful venue in the small town of Rochester! It is family owned and this family wants everyone to be happy with their time spent at the Arch in the Meadow. There is a hanger on site where celebrations on the smaller size can be held and there is a very large tent for a bigger celebration .
We used Arch at the Meadow for our wedding in July. Laurie and Glenn were incredibly helpful in the weeks leading up to and on the wedding day itself. My wife and I were blown away with how amazing the staff were (they were clearly well briefed on the plan of events and were all so very polite and friendly).
Recently worked a wedding here. Unique space and tent. Laurie and her staff went above and beyond. Thank you
Arch at the Meadow is an absolute dream venue. Laurie, Sarah, and their team make the day perfect in every way imaginable. From the ability to customize as much or as little as you want, to having on hand decorations and accessories for you to pick from, the crew at Arch makes your wedding day everything you could…
Getting married at Arch at the Meadow
Arch at the Meadow comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
