The venue is simply gorgeous, the grounds are beautiful. The owners.... some of the most considerate and thoughtful people I have ever met. My best friend was married here last year 2021 and they had an unfortunate medical emergency and had to reschedule :( BUT Taylor came through and was able to quickly reschedule…
OH... MY... I have such a long list of wonderful things to say! For starters the owner, Taylor, is literally one of the sweetest people I have met. I am a photographer that used the venue for a styled shoot and she was so kind and accommodating.
The easiest my job has ever been. Seriously! As a photographer, I recently shot an engagement session and then a wedding here and oftentimes I have to search around for the best spots for portraits but when I was here, I just couldn't find enough time in the day to shoot everywhere I wanted.
This is the most beautiful wedding venue! We were there for an outdoor wedding and indoor reception on a beautiful fall day and everything was simply gorgeous. The caterers and staff were very professional, friendly and all wore masks and gloves. Would definitely recommend Aquila Barn to everyone for any event!!
Getting married at Aquila Barn
Aquila Barn comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
