From the reviews
This venue is gorgeous! Lots of parking, tables, chairs, bars, ice…so much is included. Not to mention the farm house, old barn, beautiful grounds and amazing staff! Love this place!
Had a great time at the Christmas Experience. Entrance fee included a visit with Santa, access to “reindeer games”, bounce houses, and many more character experiences. My two year old son had a blast playing with his friends! Would definitely do this again!
Ancient City Farmstead is an absolutely stunning event venue on the north side of St. Augustine! They have two beautifully renovated barns that can host any type of gathering, from intimate celebrations to large-scale events.
A wholesome family outing in a holiday season. Props to the Santa, top notch. Staff all were friendly and approachable. Parking: dirt lot Accessibility: Flat/grass based navigation Ticketed offerings: carnival style simple games, four.boince houses, and photo with Santa. Wandering Frosty and Grinch.
Getting married at Ancient City Farmstead
Ancient City Farmstead comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Ancient City Farmstead
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Ancient City Farmstead — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
